IS THERE AN INTERPRETATION REPORT?

You'll receive a lab report covering 21 minerals and metals and a short summary of the most important mineral ratios as well as metabolism and stress patterns. For an interpretation with a mineral balancing plan, we recommend an experienced therapist. Our lab report is not an interpretation, diagnosis or recommendation. We expressly recommend not interpreting these lab values yourself, not even with AI. After you receive the lab report, you'll get a list of therapists from us whom you can contact.

Do I have to stop taking supplements before the HMA?

No, you don't need to stop taking the supplements. The hair mineral analysis is not a blood test. It reflects the average level of mineral and metal deposits in your body over the last few months. The values don't change directly from taking supplements, and the hair mineral analysis is not a test for detecting mineral deficiencies.

Order number

Is the ID the order number?

The ID is assigned by us and can be found in the instructions you received by email. The ID is the number above the address that starts with "DI LLC ID 34...". Write it above the address or print it out as a shipping label.

What values are measured?

Our hair mineral analysis measures 21 values in your hair sample: the most important macro minerals and trace elements as well as heavy metal loads. Minerals and trace elements (15): Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, Iron, Copper, Manganese, Zinc, Chromium, Selenium, Phosphorus, Cobalt, Molybdenum, Lithium and Boron (newly included). Heavy metals and other burdens (6): Aluminum, Arsenic, Cadmium, Lead, Mercury and Nickel. Important: the test is not suitable for detecting mineral deficiencies; instead, it is a screening of deposits in the body and provides insight into stress regulation, metabolism and deposits of minerals and metals. It is not comparable to a blood test.

Payment

Can I also pay via Paypal?

All payment methods except Paypal are available. If paying by credit card doesn't work, you can use SEPA or, on request, pay by invoice via bank transfer.

Where do I find the ID I'm supposed to write on the envelope?

You'll find the ID in the shipping instructions you receive by email right after your order – it's shown there above the lab address. You only get this ID after purchase. Here's how to get to the instructions with your ID: - The step-by-step instructions open automatically right after purchase. - They're also linked in your order confirmation email. - To be on the safe side, we send you the instructions in two further reminder emails – so you can't lose the ID. How you get it onto the envelope depends on the country you're ordering from: - From Germany: Simply print out the shipping label provided and stick it on the envelope. That takes care of addressing and matching – you don't need to write the ID by hand. - From all other countries (e.g. Austria, Switzerland): Write the lab address on the envelope yourself and note the ID legibly directly above this address. Important: Without this ID, your sample can't be reliably matched to you. So write it down exactly as it appears in your instructions.
